The SJ Experience

Extraordinary Escapes, Thoughtfully Curated.

We create exceptional travel experiences through thoughtfully selected destinations, distinctive accommodations, and personalized service.

Your time away deserves thoughtful attention to every detail. We work with discerning travelers to plan seamless getaways that reflect their tastes, interests, and vision, from intimate escapes to weddings, milestone celebrations and thoughtfully arranged group travel.

With SJ Villas, you'll discover a collection of vetted and inspected luxury properties, most situated in exclusive, high-end or gated communities. Many villas offer the comfort and convenience of a private chef, butler, housekeeper, and house manager, allowing you to relax and savor your stay.

Our concierge services help bring your experience together with excursions, special events, and personal touches tailored to your occasion, if you can dream it, we can make it happen.

While curating beautiful villa escapes is our specialty, our offerings extend to other exceptional travel experiences, including all-inclusive resort stays across the Caribbean. Whatever your preferred style of escape, we’ll help you find the setting that suits you beautifully.

Exceptional Stays. Unforgettable Experiences.

Exceptional Travel, Personally Planned.

I’m Shawnita Johnson, also known as Epiphany, a certified travel specialist with a passion for beautiful destinations, distinctive stays, and the details that make a journey unforgettable. Originally from Virginia, I’ve called New Jersey home for more than twenty years.

From the shores of Cancun and warm evenings in Jamaica to savoring the most delicious food in St. Barts (you must try a freshly baked croissant  - my goodness!) my travels have shaped my appreciation for experiences that capture the character of a destination. I find inspiration in hidden gems, exceptional food, opulent surroundings and unexpected discoveries both  close to home and "worlds" away.

My team and I will help shape an experience around what matters most to you.

Your next exceptional escape begins here.
